I did EWR-LAX-SYD-CHC at the end of last year. Left my apartment in NYC around 1:30 PM on Friday and walked out of CHC, though customs, shortly after 6 PM Sunday evening. Only went landside in SYD to re-check in - so was physically in airports the entire time. I got a very good night's rest after dinner that night
