I bought a ticket YQB-YYZ-ATL-BOG on Delta website with WestJet doing the first leg (YQB-YYZ). Will I have to pay for checked baggage for the WestJet leg (even if it should be free following Delta's baggage rules)?

Second question, Will I check in at the Delta or WJ kiosk to drop my bags when arriving at the airport?
