This is correct (I just looked it up).

4 daily nonstop between TYO and London has been just about what it's always been, I think. Few years ago, it would've been ~4 flights daily all from NRT (BA x2, Virgin, possibly ANA). It's interesting that the London route has been shifted to mostly HND, when NRT has far more international slots than HND even now.

Anyways, when you consider that there're 4 daily nonstops to ORD, 6 to NYC (including Newark), and so many continental Europe gateways are served from TYO, 4 daily nonstops to LON does not seem out of the ordinary to me.
