- Which route/airline did you book and which class?
LAX-FRA-SZG, 2 pax in Biz, 2 pax in coach, oneway

- How many pax and how many award miles?
4 Pax, 52k/39k for biz (1 child award), 25k/18.75k for coach, 484$/pax for biz, 314$/pax for child...Uffff spending miles aint cheap

- How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?
11 months in advance

- Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?
Yes

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?
needed to called hotline to get children tix, the FRA-SZG segment was confirmed immediately but had to put in a request into OS revenue mgmt. called back 24 hours later, request wasn't confirmed yet, agent put me on hold for about 10 min, after which she had also the FRA-SZG leg confirmed...
