Great timing of the TR. BA have just enhanced the starter on some routes to a 'no-choice' caprese salad, though looking at your pictures this is an incredibly sad caprese - there's not even any basil! I bet that costs about 6p. Utterly shameful as a business class option.

The Lounge at Haneda sounds great - that's a pretty substantial breakfast option for a OW business lounge. Looks like a nice place to spend a few hours.

Breakfast looks quite good actually.

The hot towel of shame...
