My guess is you should call the number on the website for customer service. I'm sure if you give them the credit card number they will be able to tell you which program you signed up for. Or, check your program statements and see if any dining points have posted???

Once last thought, just sign up the card you want to use with the program you want. It will tell you if you are duplicating a card number if I remember correctly.
