not sure these are the sort of story you are seeking, but here are my two candidates

summer 2007 -- three TCONs (two redeyes) in ~56 hrs, followed by afternoon in the office: SEA-BOS-IAD, depart 10pm PDT ar 9am EDT; shuttle van home, pick up dog from kennel, return home ~noon, unpack, repack, nap a couple hours, shower, dress, drive to DCA so car will be waiting for wife and son who return 9pm, DCA-IAH-SNA depart 540pm EDT arrive 1030pm PDT; next day meetings in LA, LAX-CLE-DCA depart 1130pm PDT ar 1030am EDT; afternoon in office

last weekend -- long TATL and redeye TCON in ~50 hrs, followed by afternoon in the office: LHR-SLC-SEA lv 145pm GMT+1 ar 920pm PDT, Wingz (Uber-like car service, but pre-scheduled -- booked during 3-hr SLC layover) home arrive 1015pm; next day SEA-JFK-DCA lv 950pm PDT ar 10am EDT, taxi to apartment to drop off bags and thence to office for 1130am lunch meeting, return via public transit to apartment ~330pm
