Did none of your existing 560 TPs come from BA flights? There is a bug in some places on the app or website that will tell you that you need another 4 BA flights to get to Silver, even if you've already done 4 flights on the way to Bronze. In fact, a total of 4 BA flights in the membership year is enough for Silver, or indeed Gold.
