I have around 400,000 Avios on my AMEX.

I only intend to use them if I am getting an exeptional redemption rate/deal.
How do I look out for exceptional deals on redemption?

Is there any advantage of transferring these points over to my BAEC account, or should I just hold them in my AMEX account until I decide to redeem?
