$700ish for Kobe steak dinner in Kobe, Japan for 2 ppl. I don't recall the name of the restaurant since it was about 4 years ago.

$2,205.90 (I still have the bill) for a dinner in San Jose at Maggianos for a small group of co-workers. I think it was the wine that added more than $1,000 to the bill ... and I don't even drink.
