Why must the member rate be the lowest? Marriott routinely offers rates lower than the "member rate" to hundreds and hundreds of corporations, organizations, groups, wedding parties, the government, etc.
Additionally, there is no true "contract" with government hotel rates. It is entirely voluntary and entirely up to the property as to whether they offer government rate rooms on any given date.
Because they are loyalty to Marriott and they stay with Marriott more than peoples works for USA government , its not fair that Marriott accept every one works for USA government in any Marriott all over the world but we non USA government workers can only use the rate in our country only + the G rate is more higher most of the time ..
Marriott is a world wide hotel company should treat all the peoples the same this the point , work in USA Gov or military cool take the discount in USA hotels only like us all over the world its just not fair to give a country more benefits than others all over the world
