As far as Dallas goes, everyone knows that any true business dealings still get done over steak. Trite? Perhaps... but that is just the deal.

Each industry seems to have its own steakhouse of choice... in mine, its Pappas Bros. Dinner any night of the week is a whos-who of various players, former colleagues, and potential clients. Very very interesting happenings going down with some frequency.
