Loved loved loved PH Milan. Got a one level upgrade as a Diamond. Hard product is gorgeous (even passageways are cooled), and service is outstabding. Location is unbeatable, unless they demolished the Duomo to construct NEW PH--and then why would one want to stay in the PH without the Duomo so close by?

Really enjoyed the PH Paris. Was platinum then, and i believe we got a one level upgrade. Breakfast was free because I used the old points package that included all breakfast for five days, with three dinners. Location is excellent.

I would choose PH Milan over PH Paris. But there is far more to do in Paris.
