But here is the key statistic from my openflights profile
- Number of segments on AC = 308
- Number of segments on NZ = 8

Same story for UA vs WS:
- Number of segments on UA = 102
- Number of segments on WS = 16

My next flight (in 48 hours) is on WS, start of family vacation. The only reason I am flying WS is the price differential of $250 per seat or about $750 for the family budget.

@WR Cage

You identified terrible experiences on NZ and provided your flying stats, clearly showing you fly AC and UA much more. You also mentioned what your next trip is on WS due to price diff.

I'm still waiting for you and anyone else to answer my question:

"If anyone here had worse experiences on other airlines but still dislike Air Canada more, I'd really like to know why."

You identified your worse experiences on NZ, but so far no answer as to why so many still dislike AC.

I'm trying to understand if the dislike for AC is so deep, that regardless of great individual experiences, the dislike and bashing continue.
