A local friend has drove me straight to the bus stop area, and told me to walk up the circular road (where car used to be able to drive down, no more), many people are doing this, and it really is minutes to the line for the tent. There are lots of people in the tent but the line moves very fast. They didn't check everyone but lets family with children just go through the tent.

The entire process, tent --> check-in --> security bag check --> custom passport check is very fast. Definitely faster than some US airports. I was pleasantly surprised.
