What exactly are you looking for from the complaint? Money back? Points? Apology?

Having recently sat on a (short haul) flight beside an obese person, I know they were very embarrassed and did everything they could to avoid drawing attention to themselves. I didn't feel the need to complain, no grounds for complaint
