Baggage Embargo - extra bags - between USA/Canada and Grenada
My niece if going from YVR to Grenada in a couple of weeks - and she wants to take a three bags with her (she will be paying the baggage fees, as required).

She noticed this from the Caribbean airlines web site - no extra bags during summer or winter season - please see link

I would presume that this is an airline specific policy; not a route (USA or Canada) to Grenada specific policy?
