- Which route/airline did you book and which class?

VIE-NRT-VIE in OS I

- How many pax and how many award miles?

2 PAX, 2x70k miles, 2x 544€ "taxes".

- How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?

1 month

- Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?

almost to a day. I was delaying the booking a bit due to having to arrange a few logistic issues, and by the time I was ready to book, the last NRT-VIE flight only had 1 seat available, so I had to book return a day earlier.

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?

Booked online in 2 minutes, I wish all awards could be booked this easy
