What also winds me up is the musical chairs that go on at this time of year with families who are too cheap to book their seats together then expect to sit wherever they want when they get on board. I think BA should follow Ryanairs lead and force families with kids to book seats together.
I couldn't disagree more.
I think it's easy enough for an airline to ensure a family is sat together without forcing them to pay silly money for specific seats.
