Well, I'll take back what I said about smooth.
This morning I re-checked my flights and 2 of the 3 legs had disappeared.
I called back and was told they would be re-instated once the change fee had been processed.
I see they are back on the PNR now but one of them is standby and the other 2 are confirmed (able to select seats etc)..
The standby (or subload) status is unsettling. I'm hoping that gets cleared up soon otherwise another call...
