Android Pay on phones with fingerprint sensors(Last year nexus phones and almost all phones from 2016) goes like this, place finger on FPS sensor to unlock phone then tap to ctls reader which is far easier than Samsung Pay. I believe MasterPass allows you to use fingerprint instead of a pin so it should work just like Android Pay. I know Wells Fargo Wallet works the same way as Android Pay so no pin needed at all.
Toys R Us finally fixed Apple Pay at their stores as Visa Apple Pay now works there again. ^
