3 quick questions:

I'm flying AMS - LHR; LHR - ORD on separate PNRs. My LHR - ORD has been flagged for needing to see someone re documents.

1) Is it possible to show my passport/documents in Amsterdam and they can update the LHR-ORD leg for me?
2) This is the first time I've ever had this, and appreciate it's because of FLY but do I need a copy of my ESTA or is my passport enough?
3) Finally, if AMS can't do this for me, can I get through flight connections and do this at the lounge or will flight connections not allow me through until I've seen someone from BA at one of the desks opposite passport control?

Thanks
