So MasterCard has updated the MasterPass site: https://masterpass.com and a list of issuers: https://masterpass.com/us/issuers.html I set it up on my phone but of course Capital One has not enabled tap and pay yet. Now that makes 4 tap and pay apps installed on my phone now that is madness. Of course the Capital One Wallet is a real pile of crap so I rarely use it. Its EMV contactless but rarely works at EMV Contactless locations or it works poorly but it does work on MSD only fine. They really need to just give up and support Android Pay. Android Pay works the best and is the most polished tap and pay app on Android and everything else is meh.
