I've never seen any discounts offered for Ruth's Chris in the form of a coupon in a travel publication or newspaper, possibly to maintain the "exclusivity" of the steak chain however, as a fan of the restaurant, I am aware of a frequent guest program that they offer where when the program card is presented, it usually results in a complimentary dessert or after dinner drink.

A number of years ago, for the 30th Anniversary of the restaurant chain, they offered a prize, worth $1,500 in value, stored in a Ruth’s Chris debit card, for dining at 30 of the restaurants. Each member of the frequent guest program received a “passport” which was stamped at each of the participating locations. After 30 stamps, from different locations, one mailed in the passport to the corporate offices which was followed up with a call from the PR agency. The winner’s pictures were published in the quarterly newsletter that was published at the time also. More people won the prize than they had planned for, but it was a lot of fun participating in the promotion.
