A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I stayed in an ocean view King as part of a timeshare presentation. The room was huge, a 1 BR, the view fantastic, but the fireplace too smoky. The latter was probably my fault!
The sales presentation was very professional. We were one-on-one with a woman who was quite knowledgeable, applied no pressure, and was actually pleasant to work with. My 10000 points bonus for attending was applied quickly.
The hotel is on a hillside. Climbing the hill seems inevitable, at least I didn't find any way around that. The entrance to the main hotel was up many stairs. No elevators. Although I didn't see any signs of construction. I sure hope they change that. The Pacific Edge restaurant also has a great view, but you really pay for that!
