Edamame -- why so addictive?
I've been doing Sushi since 1981 and throughly enjoy it.
I've been doing Sashimi for two years now and find there is nothing like it anywhere for putting a certain smile on my face (Wasabi!!!)
I've discovered Edamame this year and can't get enough of this stuff!
Why is Edamame so addictive? It's just soybeans, fer chrissake...
