Behind the Scenes Tours of Restaurants: Two-hour group tours (which include cooking demonstrations and a tasting meal) of well-known NYC restaurants are available on Saturdays through the New School Culinary Arts program. Upcoming participants include: March (March 13th) and Aix (April 24rd). The cost is $90 and individuals can register by calling 212-229-5690.
