September - Behind the Scenes Tours of New York City Restaurants: Two-hour group tours (which include cooking demonstrations and a tasting meal) of well-known NYC restaurants are available through the New School Culinary Arts program. Participants include: Capitale (September 16), Tuscan (September 20), Dos Caminos (September 24), Brasserie 8½ (September 30) and Fleur de Sel (October 4).
