On 24 April this year I flew LA Business Class MAD-FRA. This was a cash booking in Z class. My BA number was in the booking, and showed on the boarding pass.
Nothing posted automatically, so I retroclaimed. I waited a month, the filled in the form again, getting a message that it was into the system. That was months ago. I was about to send off an email chasing it, but thought i'd check the calaculator. Lo and behold, Z isn't showing as an earning class (in fact, it's not mentioned). I then went to the Earning page on FT, where it shows:

Normally when a flight is ineligible, it will post as 0, but nothing shows on my account.
So my question, is this a recent change (before or after my flight)? And why isn't it showing? The miles and TPs aren't essential, but still, would be nice to have.
