Question
I'm planning to fly with CX in Y cabin with oneworld Sapphire status from JL.

I think having JL FFP number on my e-ticket will allow me to reserve extra legroom seats for free and get other Sapphire benefits.

The problem is I will earn 0 JL mile from CX V class flight.

Is it possible to credit to IB (50% from CX V class) while keeping Sapphire benefits including opportunities to get upgraded ?

I know it happens very rarely with only Sapphire...
