You may want to see if the Rainbow Room still has any availability. Their regular Sunday brunch is around $55 per person and worth every nickel. Easter may or may not be more, I don't know. Awesome view, great ambience, top notch food, and they throw in one Bellini (champagne with peach nectar), which is a nice way to start the day. If they have plenty of room, see if you can get a window table facing south for the best view. If you've never eaten here before, it will be an experience you won't soon forget.
