So the next part of the saga is that my bag did not make my return flight today so 100% failure rate!

I checked in 2 1/2 hours before departure at the FIRST checkin at T5 this am. The terminal was not that busy and my bag was just too big to take on as hand luggage.

Not my best trip to the UK!
