Can you transfer points to airline/hotel with the Ameriprise Amex Gold (I know you can on the Amex PRG)?

This is different than the Amex PRG. I've searched for the answer to this question but can't find it. Apologies if it's already been answered somewhere. The public description on the AMEX website doesn't mention.

There are AMEX MR cards that do NOT allow transfer to airline/hotel programs, such as the AMEX Blue.
