That being said, I agree with the suggestion of Harbor Beach in Florida for a long weekend. Easy travel,no customs to cut into your relaxation time and plenty to offer in the area.
This is one of the reasons we liked going to San Juan...no customs, passport control. We were literally at our hotel within 20 minutes of landing.
