you shld get the IHG points for multiple rooms on the same nights, with the ebates, as long as they are separate booking/confirmation numbers you may be in for a chance.

i nearly always book two rooms, and the cash rebate sites usually just rebate on one. i haven't tried booking the two rooms separately, but that may well work.
