Called the retention department directly this evening at 800-444-2568 regarding Thank you Premier card.
Stated reason for cancellation was due to annual fee.
Was given 3 offers:
$95 statement credit for spending $3K in the next 3 months
$50 statement credit for making 5 purchases of $10 or more over the next 3 months
$95 statement credit + 1000 TYP for spending $1K per month for the next 3 months

My annual fee posted in June and my current statement has closed, and i have paid off the annual fee.
I called 800-444-2568 today morning and told the agent that i have been trying to reach retention dept for the past one month, and that i was told it was closed due to Costco issues.
I asked him if there were any available offers for me to continue using the card.
He said he will check if there are any retention offers and came back with the same offers as above.
I have also picked the,
$95 statement credit + 1000 TYP (per month) for spending $1K per month for the next 3 months
Total spend on the card for the past 1 year was around 6-7K.
