Depending on the dates you'll use it, you can get back using Miles.
If you have miles in brazilian mileage programs, you'll find:
LATAM charging only 28k the return, in economy, from Frankfurt to GRU, for example.
Smiles charges 35k from FCO to GRU, (many dates in october and november).
Finally, you'll can come back by cruise (Pullmantour) that have a great offer (280 euro with tax) leaving Lisbon on November 22 and arriving at Recife, December 1st (if you want, I can give you a link at your inbox), all inclusive.
