Had a new chat with SAS today. Here's a little extract:
Them: I can see that they handle complaints from the end of May. But I can't see the status of your exact case.
Me: May 19 is well before the end of may?
Them: No, they are still at the 16th of May.
So maybe I should feel they are getting close to handling my case, but unfortunately the chat transcript I have from them dated three weeks ago says this:
Them: They are currently taking cases from may 17th. So within a week they should get back to you
Is all hope out?
