Downgrade quality service for SilkAir
I flew with SilkAir from Singapore to Surabaya on 26/07/16 on MI 226. I think the service quality of Silk Air is diminished. The food offered was not properly served. It only offered pasta with a similar of chicken nugget (no choice meal offered). The cabin was not clean enough. As a subsidary of Singapore Airlines and charged a premium airfare, it is far from a satisfactory level. So disappointed with the service.
