No, just wondering if the pressure to move business out of a country as a result of a "flag" carrier's inability to provide service is an antitrust issue. I suspect not, since 2+ carriers fly into all the meaningful business cities: Toronto.

She knows operations and is probably passively bilingual. I agree leadership should know the business domain, not necessarily the latest in tech. I'm pretty sure the issues are below her, namely, her choice of 2nd-in-commands. If they're all account/ops ladder climbers.
