Having bumped it 3 times it's probably a fair conclusion that no-one has the answer. The flight only runs once a week so I wonder if if really is that common. Having done it several times (but always on SAA) the flight time can be as short as 3 hours 30 mins. If you enjoy a Slow breakfast then why not just do that.

We've only done this route with SAA in 1st, food was good though ;-)
Not sure how long ago it was but I wasn't aware SAA had F between Johannesburg and Mauritius?
