When my GUCs clear, I automatically get a new itinerary via email and I can see the ticket number has changed. That email is how I know it's been cleared without checking the itinerary on the web/app
I find I only get that if I call in and an agent specifically sends it to me. Don't have enough data points to prove it though, and at least 3 of my GUCs have gone to the gate/didn't clear before DoD.
