I'm not sure Priority Pass is worth a whole lot at all. I fly a bunch domestically, and many major US airports either lack a PP lounge, or it's in some inaccessible international terminal.
In the last 4-5 months, I've used it at the Alaska Boardroom at ANC, the Club at SEA, and the Avianca lounge at SJU twice. None of these lounges were worth $27 to get into by any stretch. It was nice to have access, but it's not going to compel me to keep the Prestige next year at all.
