Another experience.
Got upgraded at IC Cleveland and got lounge access back in March as Platinum.
Although I wonder how much was normal upgrade and what was the desk clerk taking pity on a platinum who stumbled in at 2 am after her infant was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic PICU
