For AA flights, do an award search at AA.com -- no log-in required. Any MileSAAver award flights you find should be bookable with Avios, but at the BAEC redemption rate, not the AAdvantage redemption rate. If the flights do not show up on ba.com, you might have to call BAEC: ba.com often has trouble displaying available award itineraries that require connecting flights.

For LA or JJ flights, you may have to call BAEC if nothing shows up on ba.com. I think that there have been problems in the past with JJ award flights not showing up on ba.com, but I've certainly seen LA award flights show up on ba.com.
