Need advice on my TY Premier card:

My anniversary is coming up next week. I've 30k points left on bonus I earned. Since it seems like no retention offers available, I'm thinking whether to keep or downgrade the card.

I have no immediate redemptions in mind and also I'm in the middle of spending $3k for 5k bonus points (for adding AU).

Is it worth paying fee for another year or once the bonus points post, call and close the card? (cashing out points via check)
