Someone might have many posts, and over the course of some of the posts mention:

A particular flight they were on
Routes that they travel frequently
RDM earned for an itinerary
Total MQM, MQD, and/or RDM earned over a year
Successfully using a GUC on a route
Etc

Put some info like that together across several posts, and it would be possible to identify someone.

I have no doubt that if Delta wanted to identify me based on my posts, that they could.
