I as well. Doing the new fad diet, Whole30. Not bad actually, and I could see doing this regularly, since it's not like you go hungry. So today I made a "Whole30 Approved" ingredient frittata for breakfast (and it'll last a while longer than that).
Inside I've got heirloom carrot, potato, onion, green onion, uncured bacon chicken sausage (Boar's Head--highly recommend if you find it), parsley, and chive. On top is a little salsa I made with tomato, roasted red pepper, fresh green bell pepper, smoked paprika, and Valentina (lazy I know, but I love the stuff).
