Two others close to LAX:

La Paz Mexican Restaurant, 403 Main Street in El Segundo (at Holly). My wife and I like it better than El Tarasco--a little more variety, and we prefer the way the food is prepared there. Definitely a "hole in the wall", but clean and the food is generally quite good. Inexpensive, too. They do close around 9 PM
or so.

Along a similar vein is La Penita (200 Longfellow Avenue, Hermosa Beach). This one is a little further away from LAX--perhaps a 10 to 15 minute drive. It's just two blocks up from the beach. Also good and inexpensive. Sometimes open a little later than La Paz.
