I travel from Australia to around Aberdeen. But I'd fly to EDI or GLA and travel the rest of the way by car or train if necessary.

It's not just this years effort that have put me off LHR. Last time, we arrived on BA16 at around 0500. I'd requested mobility assistance for my mum. We were told to go and sit beside a desk to wait for the assistance. The desk was unattended. No staff member passing by could tell us when it would be attended. It ended up being at 0700.

Not going through LHR is a deal breaker for me now. I'd hoped I could still travel on BA, but if I can't, I can't.
